I’m pleased to announce my first one-person museum exhibition at the Wadsworth Atheneum, featuring photographs from the series Simulating Iraq. The exhibition is part of the MATRIX program, founded in 1974, which has included Robert Mapplethorpe, Cindy Sherman, Doug and Mike Start, John Coplans and Dawoud Bey, among many others.

Photographs from my series In Training are featured in this exhibition along with Nina Berman, Kevin Bubriski, Gabriela Bulisova, Ashley Gilbertson, Baptiste Giroudon, Michael Kamber, Benjamin Lowy, Alfonso Moral, Eugene Richards, and Peter van Agtmael. The exhibition explores the far-reaching impact of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan – both in and away from the combat zones.
